We are proud to announce that we have completed, thanks to the funding linked to the MISE sustainable investments 4.0 call, Decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 10 February 2022 published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic of 2 April 2022 no. 78. T, the installation of two new machines that project our company towards a greener future.
New regeneration plant capable of transforming all waste film into reusable granules in our production lines. This allows us to reduce the waste to be disposed of to practically zero.
The plant is interconnected to our company management system where it is possible to monitor in real time all the process control parameters and the kg of granules produced.
This granule will be part of the composition in our blown extruded film used in the agricultural supply chain.
The second system consists of a 10-station soldering iron that allows continuous welding of BIO films in order to reach the measurements required by the customer. This system is equipped with an operator control panel from which all operation is managed.
Production orders are passed to the "BIO 10-station welding line" through interconnection with the company's management system.
The process is automatically controlled by a series of sensors that verify parameters such as length, film alignment and sealing temperature.
